It's not very often that I swoon over my own work. BUT. I picked up a chunk of the gallery prints from the I FOUND WINGS collection - and I nearly started to cry. They are beautiful. Actually, they are beyond beautiful. The prints are technically perfect. That's amazing. Typically - there's always something that I'm not 100% happy about. Paper. Scans. Shots. Colours. Some. Thing. But, not these. I photographed the paintings myself on a splendidly snowy afternoon where the light was PERFECT. It could not have been better for creating really, really accurate representations of the originals. Which are pretty close to my heart - it's no secret. So to say that the prints are beyond beautiful - give me a deep sense of pride.
After January 1st - I'm raising the gallery print prices to $100. I'll try to get all the sizes posted this week and note that we won't be shipping again until the New Year (but you can order then now for the $85 price which includes shipping). Sweet deal.
Today: SO MUCH. TOO MUCH. Including a lot of coffee, Dora and prairie landscapes. Will post again tomorrow.
