The snow outside yesterday was amazing. Perfect + serene. Floating. These snowflakes landed on my mitts and this is a shot from my iPhone. Is it any mystery why I love this stuff so much? Mini miracles. Everyone of them.
It was just the contrast I needed to tame the hot mess inside of my brain. The Pinterest Project was... wow. I thank you. It took on a life of it's own and in turn I took on so many hateful emails I stopped counting. And reading. (I got called a credit whore and many things that were much worse.)
But what I DID READ were these articles that blew my mind:
Is Pinterest a Haven for Copyright Violations? by GreekGeek.
Pinterest.com and Copyright by Sean Locke
Wow + wow. If you have an extra 5 minutes these reads are FOOD FOR THOUGHT FOR SURE. Opened my eyes and made me go into a cold sweat. Art + intellectual property is so much more vulnerable than I thought.
Today: I'm doing something I never imagined - an interview with a world-wide news agency. Which means that doing SOMETHING truly is better than doing NOTHING.
GO!
