I did a good job yesterday. I was in the moment. I was present + mindful. With my girls. With my friends. Even in the carwash. Even when the girls were playing happily with their friends. I read magazines and left my phone on the table. On Silent.
And it was such a beautiful day.
Today: I'm creating a paint-sandwich. That means I will paint in the morning and the late afternoon, but the middle will be other kinds of goodness. Like munchies. And hearts.
